Recently, a group of residents challenged Thomas Taylor's Wilder Mt. Group, LLC (WMG) claims of authority, ownership of roads, and possession of developer's rights in Chancery Court.
Because the court has found that WMG was never our developer, the residents have initiated a class action in an attempt to recover the funds that were improperly extracted from lot owners.
